With over five years of experience working with children in the school system, I hold a special passion for fostering their emotional well-being and development through various modalities, such as play and art.  Moreover, I am passionate about supporting individuals of all ages in navigating the complex
experiences of grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in client-centered and trauma-informed principles, enabling me to tailor my style to best align with your unique needs.
