Kayla David, Associate Marriage Family Therapist

As a mental health clinician at Kindred Heart Therapy Group, I help children and teens move toward greater health, connection, and self-understanding. I offer a safe, compassionate space where young people can explore vulnerable parts of themselves and develop confidence in their own thoughts and feelings.

Healing unfolds at each person’s own pace. I meet every child where they are, tailoring our work to their unique needs, strengths, and rhythms. My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and grounded in the belief that emotions are important signals for growth.

To support your child, I draw from mindfulness, play therapy, depth psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and relational approaches. My goal is to provide a consistent, attuned presence that helps each young person grow from the inside out.

ices to individuals, couples, and families.
