Marriage Family Therapist Trainee
If you’re reading this, then you’re already taking the first steps towards a life that feels joyful, fulfilling, and meaningful. As a therapist at Kindred Heart Therapy Group, it is my deepest privilege to walk with you along this healing path. I believe relationships, whether it’s the relationship we have with ourselves, our sense of purpose, our families, or our larger community to be a corner stone
of vital living. Relationships can also be the source of many of our deepest wounding. Whether as a result of childhood trauma or cultural conditioning, many of us never learned the skills necessary for creating a deeper intimacy with ourselves and others. Utilizing a variety of theoretical backgrounds, from Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, to Narrative approaches, I work with individuals, couples, and families. I’m particularly passionate about
helping survivors of domestic violence learn to trust and find joy again. My focus is strengths based, life affirming, trauma informed, and non judgmental. My multi-cultural background makes me particularly attuned to issues around identity, belonging, and social justice. If you could live a life that is feels purposeful and in alignment with your deepest desires, what would that look like? Let’s find out together.
