Marriage Family Therapist Trainee &
Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee
Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support often takes courage. I aim to offer a calm, welcoming space where clients feel safe to show up as they are. As a clinician and trainee at Kindred Heart Therapy Group, I value being part of a collaborative community that prioritizes connection, compassion, and thoughtful care, and I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely seen and supported.

I bring a background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention, and my work is grounded in a person-centered, collaborative approach. I have a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and the impacts of trauma, and I strive to create a safe space where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered. My clinical lens is shaped by an understanding of how personal, cultural, and systemic factors influence mental health, which informs my commitment to culturally responsive care.

My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while remaining open to holistic and integrative modalities. I believe effective therapy is flexible and responsive, shaped by each client’s needs, values, and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, and as part of Kindred Heart Therapy Group, I seek to provide a supportive presence as clients navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.
