My work at Kindred Heart Therapy Group is holistic and person-centered, meaning I see you as a whole person with a story and beliefs that matter. Grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect, I strive to create a space at where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

I draw from an integrative framework that includes Cognitive-Behavioral interventions, Psychodynamic therapy, and Emotionally-

Focused Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs—whether that looks like exploring patterns rooted in early experiences, developing practical tools for managing thoughts and emotions, or strengthening emotional bonds and relationships.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and am deeply committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care. I also specialize in couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned with your values.
