Gloria Delgadillo-Martinez, MFTT
Marriage Family Therapist Trainee
As a bilingual MFT trainee with Kindred Heart Therapy Group, I am deeply committed to supporting clients in connecting with their strengths and reclaiming their sense of agency. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to foster a space where clients feel fully seen, heard, and at home in their cultural and linguistic identities. My approach is trauma-informed and somatically grounded, meaning I listen not only to the stories you share, but also to what your body and nervous system may be holding. I work to create a safe, steady, and attuned environment where healing can happen on every level.

If you're looking for a specific type of therapy, my areas of focus include: Somatic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Couples and Relationship Therapy, LGBTQI2S+ Affirmative Therapy, Bilingual services, Support for Survivors of Violence, and Culturally Responsive and Community-Based Healing.

About me: I’m a Latinx Bay Area native and have spent the past six years working in and alongside LGBTQI+ communities of color. My background in community-based nonprofits, especially advocating for LGBTQI+ survivors of violence, education equity, and disability rights, has shaped my commitment to culturally responsive, strengths-based care. I’m honored to serve as an MFT trainee at Kindred Heart and hope to cultivate spaces that feel warm, affirming, and empowering, places where self-determination and self-love can truly grow.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and look forward to supporting you with care, collaboration, and respect.
